Always first:
- Disconnect plug from socket.
- Tip: when dismantling the old part, regularly take photos, so you can easily see how to reassemble the new part.
1. Remove the oven casing
To remove the impeller from the oven, you must first remove the housing. First unscrew the screws of the top plate and back plate. Then carefully lift the top plate off the oven. Next, snap off the back plate so that you can remove it too.
2. Remove the old impeller
Start by removing the impeller from the inside of the oven. First, remove the rack. Then you can unscrew the back plate on the inside of the oven and take it out. Now you can reach the impeller. This is attached with a small nut, use a spanner to unscrew it. Then you can easily remove the impeller and replace it.
It is also possible that the drive unit to which the impeller is attached is defective. If you want to replace it, go to the back of the oven and disconnect the wiring. In this case, the drive unit is attached with a pivot system, use a hammer gently to loosen it if necessary.
3. Place the new impeller
Place the new impeller where the old one was and tighten it again, then reconnect the wiring correctly.
Screw the new impeller onto the drive unit on the inside of the oven. Make sure the nut is tight. Then replace the back plate and screw it back on.
4. Replace the housing
First, replace the back plate and screw it down. Then replace the top and screw it back on again.
