Extractor hood - Replace carbon filter

Do you want to replace the carbon filter in your extractor hood? With this step-by-step plan, it will be done in no time!

What do you need?

Always do this first:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Tip: When disassembling the old part, take regular pictures, so you can easily see how to reassemble the new part.

Replacing the extractor hood carbon filter:

1. Take out the carbon filter.

Take out the grease filters by pressing the latch. Take out the old carbon filter by loosening the screws.

2. Install the new carbon filter.

Place the new carbon filter where the old one was attached. Tighten the carbon filter screws. Replace the grease filters. Well done! You've replaced your extractor hood's carbon filter.
