Always first:
- Unplug the power cord.
- Turn off the faucet.
- Tip: When disassembling the old part, take pictures frequently, so you can easily see how to reassemble the new part.
1. Dismantle the control panel from the door
Open the dishwasher door and remove the control panel by loosening the screws on the inside of the dishwasher. Sometimes the control panel is stuck behind the remaining part of the door panels; in this case, this should also be removed. Now carefully pull the control panel out of the dishwasher.
2. Remove the old door lock
The door lock is located at the top of the control panel. First disconnect all cables. Then remove the old door lock.
3. Insert the new door lock
Attach the new door lock in the same way as the old door lock was attached. Then reconnect all cables to their proper places.
